From Legacy to Leadership
Dr. Rubjeet Singh Grover’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2001 with import-export businesses. In 2005, he ventured into the music industry, showcasing his diverse business acumen. His passion for hospitality came alive in 2014 with the launch of Café Green, a popular European-concept coffee bar that received widespread acclaim.
In 2018, he revolutionized the Indian dining scene by launching Amritsar Haveli—Traditional Punjabi Restaurant chain that quickly became a household name for authentic flavors. Under his leadership, the brand has grown to 70+ restaurants across India, with ambitious plans to reach 100 outlets by 2026 through strategic franchising.
Dr. Grover continues to innovate with new concepts, including Samroze Coffee, Italian Pizza House, Oye Chai, and Amritsarwala, offering diverse culinary experiences while staying true to quality and customer satisfaction.
